- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service at this location is horrible. Called about canceling a policy for my deceased father. The "woman" who answered was rude and not helpful or knowledgeable about the law. She told us we would have to get a lawyer and proceeded to hang up abruptly. Do not deal with this insurance company, they will try to scam you and your family out of money. The horrible shell of a human that serves as their receptionist should be fired immediately.By Jeff Cox, October 10, 2016
